How it works
TattsLotto, widely known as Saturday Lotto, draws six numbers from a pool of 1 to 45 every Saturday at 20:30 AEST/AEDT. After the six main numbers are drawn, two supplementary numbers are selected from the same pool. These supplementary numbers determine certain lower-tier prizes but do not affect the top division.
To win Division 1, your entry must match all six main numbers drawn. Partial matches across the main and supplementary numbers unlock prizes in the lower divisions. Full game rules and prize breakdowns are published on the operator's TattsLotto page.
Odds and divisions
The odds of matching all six main numbers — and claiming Division 1 — stand at 1 in 8,145,060. To put that in perspective, you are slightly more likely to flip a coin and land heads 23 times in a row than to hold a winning Division 1 ticket. These are the official odds; we have not rounded or adjusted them. Lower divisions offer better odds but smaller prizes, and the operator publishes a full table on its site.
