Drawspage publishes factual information about Australian lottery and gambling operators licensed in Victoria. Our editorial standards reflect that mission: we report only what we can verify, we disclose our limits, and we correct errors openly.
Sources we accept
We rely on two sources only: operator filings submitted to the regulator, and the licence register maintained by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) at https://www.vgccc.vic.gov.au. We do not republish from news media, industry blogs, or other commentary sites, even if they cite the same primary documents. If a fact is not in those two sources, we omit it.
Sources we reject
We do not report on synthetic lottery-betting platforms that offer wagers on overseas draws. We exclude offshore operators without a current Victorian licence. We also decline to republish from aggregator sites that do not disclose their own primary source or appear to copy older content without verification.
What triggers an update
We refresh a page when one of three events occurs:
- The operator files a rule or fee change with the VGCCC.
- The VGCCC revokes or modifies a licence.
- A reader submits a correction with supporting evidence.
How we correct mistakes
When we identify an error, we fix it in place on the page. We add a dated correction note at the top so readers know what changed and when. We do not silently rewrite old text. If you spot an inaccuracy, email us at [email protected] with the correct fact and its source.
